Any personally identifiable data provided by individual web surfers will be kept in strict confidence by KCSI and treated with the same level of respect and care that KCSI treats its other proprietary information and trade secrets. KCSI will never sell, rent, exchange or barter any personally identifiable information to or with any third party for pecuniary gain or marketing purposes. KCSI may, from time to time, provide such information to certain third party administrative vendors for efficiency purposes in providing administrative services such as billing, delivery and payouts. Any vendor so used will be required to enter into an agreement with terms and conditions consistent with our policies.
When a web surfer elects to provide KCSI with personally identifiable data they authorize KCSI to e-mail them any additional information and occasional news. Should the web user wish to no longer receive these emails, then they simply must reply to the e-mail with the word, REMOVE, in the subject line. In addition the web surfer also authorizes KCSI to contact them by phone.
KCSI makes every effort to maintain the security of its network and the data we collect. Any data stored on KCSI's servers is treated as proprietary and confidential and is not available to the public. KCSI has a strict internal security policy with respect to the confidentiality of customer and any other data. Access is limited to only those employees who have a need to know such information for the purpose of effectively delivering KCSI products and services. |
