| She has a strong background in developing applications for multiple areas of an organization; solid experience working in a variety of environments: from small and medium-sized businesses to multinational corporations, and has the talent to understand and translate clients’ needs into effective IT applications in diverse platforms.
Her experience and background, coupled with her ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, gives her a competitive edge when taking on new projects, looking for creative ways to ensure they get completed as expected. She is also a true believer of teamwork as a key factor to a successful implementation of a project. Before joining KCSI in January 2009, she worked for companies like GE Capital (where she was in charge of the development of the Banking Account System to be utilized worldwide) and BBVA Bancomer, the second largest bank in Mexico (where she participated in the development of the Online Banking application used by end customers nationwide).
Currently, her main focus at KCSI is just about anything related to the development of the CRM Unleashed application. Since the Internet technology involved is constantly evolving, the challenge is to stay abreast of new advancements. Currently, the thrust is on Web development using C#, ASP.NET, XML, JavaScript and AJAX technology.
Claudia is not only a passionate and well-rounded IT professional, she is also a proud and dedicated wife, and mother of two wonderful children. |
